Rachel McKane Stewart- and son James, in front of the old McKane house at Ballywatt, all dressed up to go see the motor cycle race at Portrush. This a rare photograph, all that now remains of the house is a pile of grass covered stones.
Old Animal House, Ballywatt - Many of the old buildings still stand , however the old dwelling house has fallen down and all that remains is a pile of rocks. The farm passed out of the McKane family many years ago as did the one at Corbally.

Old Round Tower & Church, at Armoy near Ballycastle- Nearby is the grave of historian and author Robert McCahan, during his lifetime McCahan published histories of many of the local families of North Antrim.
